Zero-downtime cutoverWisewell - Shopify to Next.js Replatform
RoleEngineering Manager, Half Full Studio
Replatformed the Shopify storefronts of a Dubai D2C water-purification brand onto a custom Next.js and TypeScript stack, owning the architecture through to launch. Built the integration layer to Go microservices via the Shopify Storefront API and implemented Stripe checkout with failed-payment retries and reconciliation. Ran the live cutover with redirect and canonical mapping, holding SEO rankings with no revenue interruption.
